Ivan C. Evilsizer

Gunsight Lake - Glacier Park   Ivan C. (Chuck) Evilsizer is an attorney in private practice in Helena, Montana, specializing
in telecommunications and public utility law. He has 30 years of experience in telecommunications, including six
years with the Montana Public Service Commission. His 36 years of legal experience include
civil and criminal cases, local government law, administrative, and public utility law.  He currently
represents clients before the Montana Public Service Commission, State and Federal courts,
and the Federal Communications Commission. 

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1979 from the University of California,
San Diego, Revelle College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law
in 1982, with an emphasis in anti-trust and trade regulation.  He is a member of the Montana State
Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all Montana State and Federal courts, and
the District of Columbia, Third, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth U.S. Courts of Appeal. 

Chuck was born in Los Angeles (Lynwood), California, and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida and
San Diego, California.  He has lived in Montana since 1984.  He has two children:  Tyler and Laura.
